Resumo

Busca-se apontar sumariamente a distinção analítica entreguerra regular e os fenômenos da guerrilha e do terrorismo. O aporte teórico para essa apreciação será fornecido pela teoria da guerra de Clausewitz. Sustentar-se-á que se trata, nos três casos, de guerra em sua essência; porém, de diferentes correlações de força entre os contendores nascem necessidades táticas e estratégicas que impõem que se siga um dos três cursos de ação

Flávio Pedroso Mendes, Universidade Federal de Uberlândia

Professor do curso de Relações Internacionais e do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Relações Internacionais da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, possui mestrado em Estudos Estratégicos pela Coppe/UFRJ e doutorado em Relações Internacionais pelo IRI/USP
